Low ceilings, open skies
The Open-Air Museum is your sanctuary and our history. It’s fun and it's learning. Rural life and village life from the 1800s to the 1960s. And among farms, mills, gardens, and houses, animals roam, insects buzz, and flowers grow—reminding us of where we come from and telling us something about who we are today. It’s summer, it’s sunshine, and it’s rainy weather. And in all kinds of weather, you are very welcome here at the Open-Air Museum.
