No, unfortunately we do not refund your ticket. However, once you've purchased your ticket, you have a full year to find a suitable time to visit us.

Yes, you can. But remember to upgrade your ticket before you leave the museum. The ticket must be upgraded within 24 hours. You can't upgrade to an annual pass online.

The ticket does not give access to exclusive events. But it does give you access to the entire museum and our open events, like the Frog Snapper Festival and around Christmas.
